从制度变迁看乡镇集体企业的发展趋势

摘　　要：我国的集体土地所有制、家庭联产承包责任制是决定乡镇集体企业产生的经济制度,人民公社制度和二元户籍管理制度是影响其产生的政治制度。而传统社会的非正规制度则对企业经营者的选择起到了积极作用。乡镇集体企业在发展过程中逐渐形成了各种“利益集团”,它们之间的力量对比决定了乡镇集体企业将逐步走向民营化道路。The appearance of the village town collective enterprise is determined by such economic systems as collective ownership and Household Contract System of Responsibility Linked to Production, and influenced by such political systems as people' s commune and Dual Household Registration System. The irregular system of the traditional society has positive effects on the choice of enterprise proprietors. During the course of development, the village town collective enterprises have gradually formed some 'interest groups', the contrast of strengths between which has determined that the village town collective enterprise will trend towards non-nationalization.
