摘　　要：企业信用缺失主要表现在商业、金融、生产、营销和财务等方面。导致企业信用缺失的原因既有体制转型和政府规制上的原因,也有企业自身的原因,而企业信用缺失的治理要从宏观和微观两方面入手。The lack of credit in enterprises is always showed in the activities such as business, banking, production, marketing, finance and so on. The reasons of credit's lack in enterprises not only lie in the transformation of system and the administration of government but also lie in enterprises'own. Consequently, the solution to lack of credit in enterprises should be started with both macroscopic and microscopic aspects.
