大学生网络依赖及其对策

摘　　要：网络依赖会导致人的行为异常、人格障碍、人际交往受阻、交感神经失调。大学生是网络依赖的易患人群。造成网络依赖的原因涉及生物学因素和心理学因素。网络依赖对大学生的身体健康、心理健康带来负性影响。为预防大学生网络依赖的产生 ,一是要提高大学生网络使用的正确性 ,二是要提高大学生网络使用的可靠性 。Net depending will result the abnormal of students' acting, barriers in their personalities, resistance in their relationship, disturbing in their psychology. The undergraduates are the vulnerable group to net-depending. Its reasones include facts of biological and psychological. Net depending takes the passive effect of the physical and psychological health of the undergraduates. In order to prevent Net depending, the accuracy, reliability and security of the students' net must be greatly granted.
