摘　　要：学生管理模式转变后,政治辅导员在学生工作中具有十分重要的地位。搞好辅导员工作,队伍建设是前提,自身素质是基础,“三育人”教育是重点,开拓创新是关键。After the transformation of student management modei,the work of university tutors of political sci-ence plays a very important role in student management. To improve the work of university tutors, the construc-tion of contingent is the precondition while tutors'quality is the foundation.Besides.the education of 'Three Ed-ucates' is its main point whereas innovation is its key.
