摘　　要：对三种杨木进行了制造胶合板的工艺试验。试验结果表明,对于UF胶合板,木材性质的变异(例如pH值和缓冲容量等)可在加工过程中产生一系列问题,包括表面起毛、翘曲和合板开胶等。通过初步探讨,三种杨木胶合板的胶合强度可以达到GB 9864—88胶合板国家标准的要求。plywood made from three species of poplar was studied. The results showed that for UF plywood the variation of the wood characteristics such as pH value and buffering capacity caused a series of processing problems including fuzzy surface, warping, and delamination. properly handling is needed for making the product to satisfy the requirement of chinese national plywood standard.
