摘　　要：随着高校的扩招,办学规模的不断扩大,教学工作逐步实行校院二级管理,对二级单位教学管理带来了一系列管理职能的转变。针对此问题的剖析,提出了强化二级教学管理部门职能,加强二级单位教学管理队伍的建设,提高管理者素质和水平,掌握现代管理技术,掌握现代化信息技术,实现二级单位教学管理的现代化、规范化。As the college and university expand largely,teaching work carries out the two-level management between university and college step by step. And a series of function changes of the secondary teaching management have taken place. As to the problem, it is put forward to enhance the secondary administration function, improve the secondary teaching staff's building, increase the qualification of the administers, master the modern technology on management and information. Then we will realize the modernization and standardization of secondary teaching management.
