摘　　要：目的　观察 32 P-胶体治疗肺癌浅表淋巴结转移癌的疗效 ,建立非手术治疗肺癌浅表淋巴结转移癌的有效方法。方法　采用局部间质内注射 32 P-胶体方法治疗肺癌浅表淋巴结转移患者 44例 ,并与单纯化疗的肺癌浅表淋巴结转移癌进行了对照分析 ,同时对单纯化疗后及 32 P-胶体治疗后不同时期的淋巴结病理结果进行对照观察。结果　 32 P-胶体 1次治疗治愈率 52 .2 7% (2 3/ 4 4 ) ,2次累计治愈率 70 .45% (31 / 4 4 ) ,总有效率1 0 0 %。小细胞肺癌较肺腺癌及肺鳞癌治愈率高 ,≤ 3 cm转移癌的治愈率明显高于 >3 cm者。治疗后 2月 ,32 P-胶体 1次治疗未愈、治愈但留有一纤维化硬结及单纯化疗的淋巴结的病理结果有显著差异。结论　局部注射 32 P-胶体治疗肺癌浅表淋巴结转移癌方法简单 ,疗效明显优于单纯化疗 ,可以作为简便、有效的非手术方法常规应用。Objective The curative effect of treating metastasis of lymph node of lung cancer by injecting 32 P colloid in the focus of infection was observed Non operation method was set up Methods 44 patients with the metastasis of lymph node of lung cancer were treated by injecting 32 P colloid in the focus of infection The results were compared between 32 P colloid treating and chemotherapy The pathology examine was made in the lymph node only by chemotherapy and the lymph node with different phases treated by 32 P colloid Results The cure rate of one time of injection 32 P colloid was 52 27%(23/44), the accumulate cure rate of two time was 70 45%(31/44), the total effective rate of two time was 100% The cure rate of small cell lung cancer was obviously higher than that of adenocarcinoma and squamocellular cancer The treating effect of ≤3cm tumors was better than that of >3cm tumors The results of pathology were obviously different between chemotherapy and the treatment by 32 P colloid Conclusions 32 P colloid treating metastasis of lymph node of lung cancer by injecting in the focus of infection,the methods simple,the treating effect good,can be used extensively
