摘　　要：目的 :评估火棉胶增强技术在胆囊结石切片中的应用。方法 :收集不同类型的胆囊胆固醇结石 2 0枚 ,固定后制成石蜡块 ,采用火棉胶增强技术制作切片。结果 :采用此方法制作各类胆囊结石切片 10 0余张 (4μm厚 ) ,均获得完整无损的切片。 结论 :火棉胶增强技术是制作胆囊结石切片一种较好的方法。Objective To evaluate the collodion-enhancing technique for thin paraffin sections of the gallstones.Method Gallstones (n=20)of different types were embeded in the paraffin after being fixed and dehydrated.Then the paraffin blocks were sectioned by the collodion-enhancing technique.Result This technique resulted in 100 perfect pieces of sections (4?μm).Micro-network structures of mucopolysaccharides were detected after being stained with periodic acid schiff's (PAS).Conclusion The collodion-enhancing technique is a satisfactory method for sectioning gallstones.
