摘　　要：目的 观察地塞米松联合散瞳对人工晶体术后瞳孔区渗出膜的治疗效果。方法 对已发生人工晶体术后瞳孔区渗出膜的病人全身及局部应用地塞米松,并联合散瞳剂散瞳。结果 28例中治愈25例(89％),余 3例瞳孔区渗出膜明显变薄。结论 地塞米松联合散瞳对人工晶体术后瞳孔区渗出膜的疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of dexamethasone combined with mydriasis treating exudative lemma in pupil after artificial lens operation. Methods Patients with exudative lemma in pupil after artificial lens operation were treated locally and totally with dexamethasone ,and mydriasised with mydriatic at the same time. Results Among 28 patients, 25 patients(89%) were cured and 3 patients' exudative lemma in pupil became thin . Conclusion The curative effect of desamethasone combined with mydriasis treating exudative lemma in pupil after artificial lens operation was definite ,and it was worth popularing.
