头痛型癫痫22例脑电图及临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析头痛型癫痫的临床与脑电图特征。方法 对22例头痛型癫痫病人的临床表现与脑电图进行同步分析。结果 头痛型癫痫以发作性头痛为主要症状,脑电图检查异常率为 90.9％,用抗癫痫药治疗均有效。结论 对临床与脑电图的同步分析,有助于头痛型癫痫的诊断。Objective To analyse the clinical and electroencphalogram characteristics of headache epilepsy. Methods The clinical manifestations and electroencphalogram in 22 patients with headache epilepsies were analysed synchronously. Results The main clinical manifestations in patients with headache epilepsy were paroxysmal headache. The abnormality rate of electroencphalogram was 92% in patients with headache epilepsy. After therapy with antiepleptic drugs, the effective rate reached 82% . Conclusion Synchonously analyses the clinical and electroencphalogram might be helpful in the diagnosis of headache epilepsy.
