摘　　要：目的　探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)和p16蛋白在肾母细胞瘤中的表达、相关性及其意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 2例肾母细胞瘤患者组织中cyclinD1和 p16蛋白的表达情况。结果　 4 2例中cyclinD1蛋白过表达率为 4 5 .2 3% ,p16蛋白表达缺失率为 6 9.0 4 % ,p16阳性表达与病理组织类型、患儿预后明显相关 (P <0 .0 1)阳性表达者预后好。结论　 (1) p16 -cyclinD1- pRb通路异常与肾母细胞瘤的发病机制密切相关 ,(2 )cyclinD1过表达是肿瘤发生的早期事件 ,(3) p16蛋白表达可作为判断肾母细胞瘤预后的一项指标。Objective: To study the significance of cyclinD1 and p16 expression in nephroblastom. Methods: 42 cases of nephroblastoma were studied for cyclinD1 and p16 expression with immunohistochemical method. Results: The overexpression rate of cyclinD1 was 45.23% and the negative rate of p16 protein expression was 69.04%, the positive rate of p16 protein expression was significantly related to the pathological typing and prognosis (P<0.01).Prognosis is better in positive case than that in negative case .Conclusions: (1)The abnormality of p16-cyclinD1-pRb pathway is highly related to the pathogenesis of Nephroblastoma. (2)Overexpression of cyclinD1 seems to be an early event in tumorigenesis .(3) p16 protein can be used as a marker to predict the prognosis of Nephroblastoma.
