摘　　要：文章试图分析“SARS”的快速蔓延对我国的“卫生防控体系”造成的严重冲击 ,思考我国预防医学体系的现状及存在问题 ;在医学实践中真正地体现“预防为主”的卫生工作方针 ,并以此为契机去建构适应我国现今和未来需要的“公共卫生防控体系” ,以有效维护公众的健康水平 。This paper try to analyse the severe effect of the quick expansion of “SARS” to our country “Health prevention system” and think the status quo and extisting problems of our country preventive medicine system, to practise truely the medicine principle of “the keynote is prevention”, and from this beginning to construct “Public Health Prevention System” to fit the present and future need of our country, to protect public healthy level, to improve social healthy development.
