海水中盐酸环丙沙星的测定及衰减度的研究

摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法测定了海水中盐酸环丙沙星的含量 ,并考察了盐酸环丙沙星在海水中的衰减程度。实验结果表明 :此方法测定海水中盐酸环丙沙星在 0 .0 2 5～ 2 .5 μg/L范围内线形关系良好 (r =0 .9987,n =6) ,可满足海水中盐酸环丙沙星残留检测的要求。同时我们还发现盐酸环丙沙星在海水中衰减程度随含盐量的增加而加快 ,其衰减速度在 6h内较大 ,在In this paper,we determined the content of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in seawater by HPLC,in the meantime,we study its reduction speed in seawater.The experiment shows that this method can determine the ciprofloxacin hydrochloride concentration between 0.025～2.5μg/L,and it had a good linear coefficient relation( r =0.9987, n =6).The method can meet demand of residue determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in seawater.We also founded that the reduction speed of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was fast in 0-6 hour, and more the concentration of NaCl,more fast.After 6 hours,the concentration of eiprofloxaein hydrochloride became stable.
