白内障术后继发青光眼的药物治疗与随访

摘　　要：目的 :评价白内障囊外摘除或超声乳化吸除、人工晶体植入术后继发性青光眼药物治疗的疗效。方法 :随访白内障术后继发青光眼 4 2例 4～ 5 9个月 ,平均 2 6 .95个月 ;对照组 4 2例随访 2～ 6 9个月 ,平均2 4 .19个月。随访包括患者的视力 ,眼压及眼底等的变化。结果 :经抗青光眼药物治疗 ,4 0例眼压达正常、无复升 ,2例为永久性高眼压 ,其中 1例药物治疗病情稳定 ,另 1例药物治疗无效、失明。对照组继发性青光眼1例。结论 :白内障术后继发青光眼药物治疗大多有效。白内障术后须经常检测眼压。Objective:To evaluate the drug therapeutic effect of secondary glaucoma after extra capsular cataract extraction,phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Method: 42 cases with glaucoma were followed up for 4～59 months(mean 26.95 months),the other 42 cases in correspond group for 2～69 months(mean 24.19 months). Result:By anti-glaucoma drug therapy,40 cases got their intraocular pressure be normal and remained constant,2 cases had permanent hypertension that 1 recovered by therapy, the other blinded.In the correspond group ,there was one secondary glaucoma case.Conclusion: After extracted lens, testing intraocular pressure is necessary and taking medicine of anti-glaucoma is very effective for most of secondary glaucoma .
