摘 要:研究了杏核的炭化程度(即挥发分含量)对活化过程(即活性炭产量和质量)的影响;探讨了以杏核为原料制取醋酸乙烯合成触媒载体活性炭的最佳炭、活化工艺条件。结果表明:炭化阶段热分解完全而挥发分含量不同的三种杏核炭都能生产出合格的活性炭产品;挥发分含量高的杏核炭制成的活性炭吸附性能好;活性炭对原料杏核的得率几乎与杏核炭的挥发分含量无关。最佳活化工艺条件为:活化温度850℃,水蒸汽用量1.5mLH_2O·g^(-1)杏核炭,活化时间4h。The effects of the charcoals containing the different volatiles on the yield and adsorptive capacity of activated carboa were disoussed. The optimum carbonization conditions of activated carbon prepared from almond shells were investigated. The activating products could be used as the catalyst support for vinyl acetate synthesis. The result of experiments showed that the qualified activated carbon could be produced with pyrolyzing charcoal completely. The higher the content of volatiles of charcoal, the better the adsorptive capacity of activated carbon. But the yield of activated carbon (based on dry almond shells) was independent on the content of volatiles of charcoal. The optimum activation conditions were as follows; temperature 850℃ , time 4 hours, the amount of steam 1, 50 ml H2O ?g-1 charcoal.
