万拉法新与阿米替林治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :验证万拉法新治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效及安全性。方法 :对 6 0例符合CCMD - 2 -R诊断标准的精神分裂症后抑郁患者随机分为两组 ,分别给予万拉法新与阿米替林治疗 8周 ,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、简明精神病量表 (BPRS)和阴性症状量表 (SANS)评定临床疗效 ,采用副反应量表 (TESS)评定副反应。结果 :两组间治疗前后HAMD、BPRS、SANS评分及减分率比较均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。两组疗效接近 ,万拉法新组的副反应明显小于阿米替林组。结论 :万拉法新治疗精神分裂症后抑郁疗效肯定 ,安全性强。Objective:To verify the clinical efficacy and the side effects of venlafaxien in the treatment of post-schizophenia depression.Method:60 patients meeting CCMD-2-R criteria for post-schizophrenia depressions were randomly assigned into two groups(n=30)and treated with venlafaxien capsules or amitriptyline tablets respectively,for 8 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD),Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS)and Treatment Symptoms Scale(TESS).Results:The scores and the reductive scores of HAMD,BPRS and SANS had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Both group had a similar effects,but the side effects of venlafaxien was fewer than amitriptyline groups′s.Conclusion:Venlafaxien is an effective and safe drugs in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression.
