摘　　要：作为当代实践哲学的典范形式 ,马克思实践哲学启动并引导着当代哲学存在论范式的历史性变革 ,其实质是从超验的、实体性的抽象存在论 ,向根源于现实生活世界的感性的、社会历史性的、生存论的转变。马克思实践哲学的存在论结构正是实践生存论。实践生存论应当看成是自然、人、社会通过人的历史性的生存实践及社会化活动所展开的生存论统一。实践生存论蕴含的理性的历史乐观主义以及对现代生存方式及文化转型的建设性理解 ,与当代西方生存哲学的非理性的感性个体生存观以及虚无主义的历史观 ,形成了一种批判性的和建设性的对话。As a contemporary canon, Marx's Practice Philosophy starts up and also leads the historical transformation of contemporary Ontology, and its essence is, from an abstract, transcendental and substantial Ontology to a becoming, relational Existentialism that embodied sociality and history. The new form of Ontology can be called as Practice-Existentialism that existed just in Karl Marx's Practice Philosophy. Practice-Existentialism is a deep relationship among nature, Human being and society, and the relationship itself is exactly the Human being's action of Existential practice and socialization. There is a revolutionary discourse in Marx's Practice Philosophy, but the whole meaning, together with the revolutionary discourse, should be interpreted in PracticecExistentialism. In Practice-Existentialism, we can find a historical optimism and a constructive understanding of a contemporary existential mode and a transformation of contemporary culture. Marx's Practice-Existentialism is superior to Existentialism and is more beneficial to this ages.
