蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的 :应用高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,以 C18色谱柱、以甲醇∶水 (V/V ) =75∶ 2 5混合液为流动相 ,用可变波长紫外检测器 ,在 2 13nm和 2 5 0 nm波长下测定吸收值。结果 :测定了白菜、豆角、通心菜、菜花、黄瓜、油麦菜中马拉硫磷和敌百虫两种常用有机磷农药的残留量。结论 :该法相关性好 ,线性范围广 ,精密度高 ,准确度好。Objective:To determine organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by high-perforfance liquid chromatography.Methods:2 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide were simultaneously seperated on chromatographic C18 column by mobile phase of mixture of methanol water(V/V)=75∶25 in volume,and determined with double-wavelength detector at 213nm and 250nm.Results:Two kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues(malathion and trichlorfon) had been determined in six kinds of vegetables.Conclusion:This method is simply satisfactarily applied in determination of pesticides in vegetable samples with high sensitivity.
