咽淋巴环非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤12例分析

摘　　要：报道12例成人咽淋巴环非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤(NHL),重点讨论了临床特点、病理分型、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗。咽淋巴环和胃肠是常见的结外病变.本组4例表现出咽淋巴环和肠道NHL其发生和复发上有一定的相关性,此种类型预后差,4例均死亡。12例中7例作病理免疫组织化学测定(ABC法),3例为B细胞性,4例为T细胞性。存活6例中2例已超过5年,现已停止化疗。Twelve non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in adult arereported with respent to their clinical features, pathological subtypes, diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment. Waldeyer's ring and gastrointestinal tractiymphoma were not unusual in extra lymphaden. Four patients with NHL appearedIn Waldeyer's ring and gastrointestinal tract carried a poor prognosis. One of theour patients originated in gastroentestin tract, and finally relapsed in waldeyer'sring. All of the patients died. It is suggested that occurrence and relapse ofWaldeye's ring lymphoma were related to gastrointestine tract lymphoma.Immunocytochemical subtypes of three patients were of the B-cell type and the resfour patients were of the T-cell type. Two of the six survivals has lived over fiveyears and now they are doing well without chemotherapy.
