摘　　要：企业流程具有生命特性和生命周期 ,流程的生命周期可由产生阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段和衰退阶段组成。BPR循环是持续运转的 ,直接为流程变革服务的 BPR循环的运动也具有周期性。 BPR循环周期的组合形式多种多样 ,但主要有简单周期、递增周期、驼峰周期、波浪周期和综合周期 5种形式。The business process has the life characteristic and life cycle. The life cycle of the process is made up of introduction stage, growth stage, maturity stage and decline stage. The BPR circulation is operated continuously. The cycles also exist in the BPR circulation motion that directly served to the process innovation. There are different forms of the BPR circulation motion cycles, which mainly are simple cycle, increasing cycle, hump cycle, wavy cycle and integrated cycle, these five typical forms.
