摘 要:目的了解硬质树脂贴面与三种粘结剂的粘结强度。方法选用 2 1颗中切牙随机分成三组 (n =7) ,制作硬质树脂贴面 ,用不同的粘结剂粘固。第 1组 :EM釉质粘结剂 ;第 2组 :京津釉质粘合剂 ;第 3组 :光固化树脂 ,粘结后置入 37℃温水中 2 4小时后 ,用电子多功能测试机进行拉伸试验。结果三种粘结剂与硬质树脂粘结拉伸强度无差异 ,光固化树脂与硬质树粘接力大于与釉质的粘接力 ,京津釉质粘结剂与硬质树脂粘结力小于与釉质的粘接力 ;EM釉质粘结剂与硬质树脂和釉质的粘结力近似一个水平。结论三种粘结剂粘接硬质树脂贴面是可行的。Objective To study the bonding strength on the three kinds of bonding agents were bonded to hard-polymeried resin veneers.Methods Twenty-one extracted centerio teeth were divided into three groups (n=7).Each group teeth were bonded by hard resin veneers on the labial surfaces using three kinds of bonding agents.There were 1.EM enamel bonding agent;2.Jingjin enamel bonding resin.3.Light-cured resin.After bonding a teeth were placed in 37℃ water for 24 hours, then tractive force test to observe the bonding effects.Results The tensile strength of bonding in resin veneers has no difference among three bonding agents.The bonding strength of light-cured resin with hard resin is higher than that with enamel;but of Jinjing bonding agent it is higher in enamel than that of the resin veneer;of EM bonding agent the bonding strength with resin and with enamel was about the same level.Conclusion The hard resin veneer can be bonding with EM enamel bonding agent.Jinjing enamel bonding agent and Light-cured resin.
