摘　　要：目的 :探讨神经症分析性心理治疗疗效的间接判断指标。方法 :13例神经症患者 ,对其进行单纯性分析性心理治疗 ,观察在对症状集中分析解释阶段患者的一些基本生理指标和情绪反应及认知方面的变化。结果 :取得良好疗效的患者可在此阶段出现呼吸、心率、血压等生理指标的变化和一些植物神经反应及情绪反应 ,同时有认同感 ,而未取得明显疗效的患者 ,则无这些反应。结论Aim:To verify the indirect indicators of the therapeutic effects of analytical psychotherapy for neurotic patient.Methods:A total of 13 patients with neurosis were treated by analytical psychotherapy.The changes of basic physiological, emotional and cognitive reactions at the stage of concentrated analysis and interpretation to symptom were observed.Results:Changes in respiration, cardiac rhythm, blood pressure, vegetative nerve response, and emotional reaction might be used as indicators of better therapeutic effects, at the same time, the patient confirmed the results.While the patients of less therapeutic effects obviously had not these reactions.Conclusion: Physiological and emotional reaction and feeling of confirmation may be indicators of therapeutic effects.
