摘  要:目的 探讨脑梗死患者红细胞膜脂流动性,变形性与血清脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的关系。方法 采用荧光偏振技术、激光衍射法和免疫比浊法分别对42例急性脑梗死患者和30例正常对照组的红细胞膜脂流动性、变形性及血清Lp(a)进行测定。结果 急性脑梗死时红细胞膜脂流动性、变形性降低,血清Lp(a)含量增高。血清Lp(a)水平与红细胞膜脂流动性、变形性呈显著负相关关系。结论 高水平血清Lp(a)浓度作为脑血管疾病的危险因素,不仅与其致动脉硬化和抗纤溶作用有关,而且可能与其降低红细胞膜脂流动性和变形性有关。Objective To approach the relationship between alteration of deformability and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes and lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Fluorescence polarization technique and laser diffraction were used to measure the membrane fluidity and deformability of erythrocytes in 42 padents with acute cerebral infarction, Lp(a) was measured. Results It was found that the deformability and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes in acute cerebral infarction patients were significantly decreased as compared with that of 30 controls, the degree of decrement of deformability was positively correlated with membrane fluidity, the degree of increase of Lp(a) was negatively correlated with the deformability and membrane fluidity of erythrocytes. Conclusion The study indicates that as a risk factor in cerebravascular diseases high level serum Lp(a) is not just related to leading atherosclerosis and antifibrinolytic activity, but also may be related to reducing membrane fluidity and deformability of erythrocyte.
