摘  要:本研究从大同、太原和内蒙古等地采集马铃薯块茎 ,分离到 2 4 0株内生细菌 ,通过离体抑菌作用测定 ,共得到 5 5株对环腐病菌有拮抗作用的菌株 ,占菌株总数的 2 2 .9% ,抑菌圈半径最大的可达 13mm。按抑菌圈半径大小将拮抗菌分为强、中、弱三类。从中筛选出 9个对环腐病等病菌具有较强拮抗作用的内生菌株进行了细菌学鉴定 ,结果表明 :118为荧光假单胞生物型V(Pseu domonasfluorescensbiovarV) ;110为短小芽孢杆菌 (Bacilluspumilus) ;0 85为嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusstearothermophilus) ;0 6 9为草生欧文氏菌 (Erwiniaherbicola) ;0 4 3为草莓黄单胞菌 (Xanthomonasfragariae) ;A 10’、T3 为芽孢杆菌属 (Bacillus) ;H1 6为荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonasfluorescens) ;116为短小杆菌属 (Curtobacterium)。Two hundred and forty bacterial strains were isolated from potato tubers collected from Datong, Taiyuan and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regions. In vitro antagonistic examination revealed that 55 bacterial strains, ca . 22.9 % of all tested strains, showed antibiosis activities against ring rot pathogen of potato. Nine strains, which showed strong inhibitory activities against the pathogens causing bacterial ring rot, blackleg and dry rot of potato, were identified. Strain 118 and H 1 6 were identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens , in which the strain 118 was belong to biovar V. Strain 110, 085, A 10' and T 3 were classified in Bacillus genus, in which strain 110 was B. pumilus , and strain 085 was B. stearothermophilus . Strain 069, 043 and 116 were identified as Erwinia herbicola, Xanthomonas fragariae and Curtobacterium , respectively.
