猪颈前神经节 脊髓颈部和胃内Leptin长形受体mRNA的分布定位

摘　　要：用原位杂交法研究了 10头长白猪 (n=5 )和梅山猪 (n=5 )颈前神经节、脊髓颈部和胃内 Ob- Rb m RNA的分布定位。实验结果表明 ,Ob- Rb m RNA标记神经元位于长白猪和梅山猪颈前神经节、脊髓颈部和胃内。在颈前神经节 ,Ob- Rb m R-NA标记神经元散在分布 ,胞体呈圆形或卵圆形。在脊髓颈部 ,Ob- Rb m RNA标记神经元分布于背侧角和腹侧角 ,以背侧角分布密集。在胃内 ,Ob- Rb m RNA标记细胞分布于黏膜层和黏膜下层。长白猪和梅山猪上述结构内 Ob- Rb m RNA的分布定位无明显差异。Localization of Ob-Rb mRNA in the cranial cervical ganglion,cervical spinal cord and stomach in the Landrace and Meishan pigs were studied by in situ hybridization.Ob-Rb mRNA was located in the cranial cervical ganglion,cervical spinal cord and stomach in the pig.In the cranial cervical ganglion,the neurons containing Ob-Rb mRNA scattered in the ganglion and were round and elliptical.Within the cervical spinal cord,the neurons containing Ob-Rb mRNA were found in both dorsal and ventral horns of the gray matter,with the majority in the dorsal horn.In the stomach,the cells containing Ob-Rb mRNA were observed in the mucous and submucous coats.There is no obvious difference in distribution of Ob-Rb mRNA in above sites between the Landrace pig and the Meishan pig.
