不同能源饲粮对断奶前后仔猪生产性能的影响

摘　　要：试验采用2 × 3析因设计,以乳清粉、玉米、玉米油为能源饲粮,研究其对纯种仔猪杜洛克和约克断奶前后生产性能和健康状况的影响。结果表明:在哺乳期(2～5周龄)内,饲喂乳清粉组仔猪的采食量、平均日增重显著高于饲喂玉米和玉米油组仔猪(P<0.05),仔猪品种与饲粮间存在一定的互作,各处理组间腹泻发生频率差异均显著(P<0.05),其中乳清粉组最低,玉米组最高;品种间杜洛克腹泻发生频率显著低于约克(P<0.05)。断奶后2周(6～7周龄)内,仔猪的品种与饲粮之间在日增重和饲料转化率方面存在明显互作(P<0.05)。饲喂乳清粉组杜洛克采食量显著低于约克(P<0.05),饲喂玉米和玉米油组杜洛克仔猪采食量明显高于约克,玉米和玉米油组杜洛克日增重显著高于约克(P<0.05);饲喂玉米组仔猪饲粮料肉比显著高于饲喂乳清粉组和玉米油组(P<0.05);品种间杜洛克料肉比显著低于约克(P<0.05);在不同饲粮与仔猪品种组合中,乳清粉-杜洛克组合料肉比最低,玉米-约克组合和玉米油-约克组合最高。品种间杜洛克腹泻发生频率显著低于约克(P<0.05);饲粮与品种间腹泻发生频率无互作。A 2×3 factorial design was used to study the effect of energy sources ( whey, com and corn oil) on the performance of pre and post-weaning Yorkshire and Durac piglets. The results showed that during suckling (2 - 5 weeks after birth), feed intake and daily weight gain of piglets for whey group were significantly higher ( P < 0.05) than those for corn and com oil groups. There was interaction between diets and varieties of pigs. There were significant differences in diarrhea incidence between treatments (P < 0.05) with the lowest for whey group and highest for com group, and between breeds with Durac being lower than Yorkshire ( P < 0.05). Two weeks after weaning (6 - 7week of age) , significant interactions were observed between breeds and diet treatments ( P < 0.05) . Feed intake of Druac piglets fed whey diet was significantly lower than that of Yorkshire piglets fed the same diet ( P < 0.05); while the feed intakes of Durac piglets fed com and com oil diets were significantly higher than those of York- shire piglets ( P < 0.05) . Daily weight gain of Durac piglets fed corn and corn oil diets were higher than those of Yorkshire piglets ( P < 0.05) ; The ratio of feed and gain for corn group was significantly higher than those for whey and corn oil groups ( P < 0.05) . Considering breeds, the ratio of feed and weight gain of Durac was lower than that of Yorkshire ( P < 0.05) . Considering the interactions, the ratio of feed and weight gain of Durac piglet fed whey diet was the highest, while of Yorkshire piglets fed corn and corn oil diets were the lowest. Diarrhea incidence in Durac piglets was lower than in Yorkshire piglets ( P < 0.05), and there were no interaction between diet treatments and breeds.
