物料颗粒在立式螺旋输送机中的运动分析

摘　　要：本文就螺旋输送机在任意转速情况下,导出了物料颗粒用圆柱坐标表示的运动微分方程,进一步推导了颗粒上升速度 Vz 和螺旋轴角速度 W 之间的变化关系,由此可得出螺旋输送机的临界转速及物料上升速度公式和上升速度 Vz 的极限值。The motion differential equation of material particle destribed withcylinder coordinate system was given under arbitrary angular velocity ofvertical screw conveyer in this paper.We further gave change relationsbetween the velocity of climb Vz of material particle and anguler yel ocityω of screw conveyer and got the critical angular velocity of a vertical screwconveyer and formal of material particle going up velocity and extremevalue of Vz.
