摘　　要：采用60 Co -γ射线诱变菌丝 ,在辐照剂量为10 0 0Gy ,剂量率为 6 7 8Gy/h的条件下 ,经过拮抗试验和酯酶同功酶电泳验证 ,选育出一株巴西蘑菇新菌株。经液体培养其胞外多糖产量较出发菌株提高 12 %。Identified by antagonism test and esterase isozyme electrophorogram,a new strain of Agaricus blazei Murr.was screened through 60 Co-gamma irradiation under the conditions of 1 000 Gy of irradiation dose and 67 8 Gy/h of dose rate.The exopolysaccharide yield increased 12% in liquid culture compared to the original strain.
