摘　　要：高校图书馆是传统的民族文化宝库,是科学文化的信息中心,是高层次人才摄取知识养料的后课堂,所以她是高校发展先进文化的前沿阵地之一.The library of Higher learning Institution is the treasury of knowledge of Chinese national culture and the center of information for science and technology and the back culture garden which supplies nutrient for the talented people is high rank. It is, therefore, the forward position for advanced culture developed in higher learning institution.
