摘　　要：日的:探讨大肠癌个体化疗方案。方法:大肠癌原代培养,MTT法进行药敏试验。结果:发现5一Fu和MMC有效率最高,MMC次之。结论:大肠癌的化疗中,在缺乏药敏实验的情况下,建议采用5一Fu+MMC的联合化疗方案。Objective: To explore the pattern of individual chemotherapy for large intestine carcinoma. Methods: The tissues of large intestine carcinoma were used as original cultures, and the experiments on sensitivity to medicines were done with MTT. Results: The findings suggested that 5 - FU and MMC had the less effects than those of other methods. Conclusion: In the chemotherapy of large intestine carcimoma, it is suggested that the combination chemotherapy pattern 5 - FU + MMC be used in short of medicine sensitivity experiment.
