良、恶性脑膜瘤性激素受体和外源凝集素受体的检测

摘　　要：采用 ABC 免疫组化技术对82例脑膜瘤活检组织(良性脑膜瘤67例、恶性脑膜瘤15例)进行了三种性激素受体和12种 LR 的测定.结果证实脑膜瘤是性激素的靶组织,ER阳性率74.4%,PR 阳性率75.6%。AR 阳性率29.3%.ER 阳性率与性别有关,女性高于男性;PR 阳性率与组织类型有关,脑膜内皮型阳性率最高,过渡型居中,而纤维母细胞型及砂粒体型阳性率较低;AR 阳性率与组织分化程度有关,恶性脑膜瘤中 AR 阳性率高于良性脑膜瘤中 AR 阳性率.这些结果为进一步探讨性激素受体在脑膜瘤的生物学行为上所起的作用及对脑膜瘤实施内分泌治疗提供理论依据.12种 LR 中只有 PSA 受体在良性脑膜瘤中的阳性率高于恶性脑膜瘤,故这一结果可作为良、恶性脑膜瘤诊断的依据.三种性激素受体与 LR 染色结果经配对卡方检验证明无相关性,因此 LR 的测定不能代替性激素受体的测定.Estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),androgen receptor(AR) and lectin receptor(LR)were examined by means of ABC immunohistochemical method in 82 cases of benign(67)and malignant(15)meningiomas.The result proved that the meningioma is the target tissue of sex hormone.In this study,74.4%,75.6% and 29.3% of the meningiomas had detectable ER,PR,AR.There was correlation between positive stain- ing incidence of ER and sex,positive staining incidence of ER were significantly higher in females than that in males.There was correlation between positive staining incidence of PR and histological types positive staining incidence of PR was the highest in endotheliomatous meningiomas,the lowest in fibroblastic and psamomma meningiomas. Transitional meningiomas were intermediate.There was correlation between positive stain- ing incidence of AR and differentiated degree,positive staining incidence of AR was higher in malignant meningioma.These results provided theoretic basis for further studying sex hormone receptors,function in biological behaviour of meningioma and for the endosecretic treatment of meningiomas.Among 12 species of LR,only PSA receptor was staining significantly higher in benign meningioma than that in malignant meningiomas. Therefore,the difference of the positive staining incidence of PSA receptor could be provid- ed for the evidence of differtiated diagnosis between benign and malignant meningiomas. There were not an overall relationship among these three sex hormone receptors and LR staining results by Paired Chi-Square test,so the assay of the LR could not be replaced by the assay of sex hormone receptors.
