摘 要:本文介绍了用新研制的全气缸取样系统在一台S195涡流式柴油机上进行的气缸内微粒形成过程测量结果,考查了改变柴油机负荷、转速、燃油喷射压力和喷射提前角对微粒形成过程的影响。文中还介绍了改进的取样机构,分析了微粒测量误差。In-cylinder measurements of particulate formation in an S195 swirl diesel engine were made by using a new designed total cylinder sampling system. The effects of engine speed, load, fuel injection pressure and timing on the particulate formation were studied and discussed. Finally, the improved sampling actuator was described and the error of particulate measurement was discussed.
