摘　　要：未来的市场竞争不再是一个企业独自的竞争,而是一个包含客户和供应商在内的完整的供应链的竞争。因此,供应链必须信息化,要有效地实现供应链信息化,必须分析以往信息技术应用中失败的成因。在实施供应链信息化过程中为了避免此类事件的再次发生,供应链信息化必须经过BPR(业务流程重组)实现整体最优化,同时实施BPR与应用ERP(企业资源计划)系统的完美结合。The future competition in the market is the competition of the supply chain containing customers and suppliers instead of the mono- competitions among the industries. Therefore, the supply chain must be information. Concerning the realization of information, this thesis analyzes the reason for failure to application of information technology, and emphasizes that in order to avoid the reoccurrence of this phenomena, the supply chain must be integrately perfected and combined satisfactorily with ERP system through BPR.
