摘　　要：阐述了蜂窝纸板生产线的压力传送带冷却机的作用和结构特点,讨论了压力传送带冷却机的主要机构及部件的设计要求。着重分析了升降架的设计精度要求,介绍了其力学模型及采用共轭梁法对升降架的刚度设计。This paper describes and analyzes the functions and structural features of the cooler for pressured beltline in production of honeycomb paperboard, the design requirements of the cooler's major mechanism and component. With the precision degree of its lifting platform as a focal point, the paper also introduces the related mechanical models and the rigidity design of the lifting platform using conjugate beam method.
