摘　　要：技术创新在现代企业中占据着非常重要的地位,是企业经济增长的源泉,但是技术创新过程存在着高风险。从分析技术创新风险的类型入手,对技术创新风险管理对策进行探讨,提出了4种具体可操作的风险管理对策。Technology innovation plays an important role in modern enterprises,which is the source of enterprises’economic growth,however,there exists high risk in the course of technology innovation.This paper begins with the analysis of kinds of the risks,and explores management solutions of it.At last,we put forward four concrete practical solutions.
