摘　　要：天目笋干为临安市的传统特产 ,具有独特的气候环境条件和独特的加工方法 ,以及特有的品质特征 ,积极开展临安市天目笋干的原产地保护和标准化生产 ,对我市竹笋产业可持续发展和增加农民收入有着十分重要的意义。Tianmu dried bamboo shoots processed by special methods with the unique character are traditional products in Lin'an, which grow in the special climate. It is very meaningful to protect the origin place and standard processing for continuous development of bamboo shoots industry and increasing the farmers' income.
