益阳市城区脂肪肝794例调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的为了探讨脂肪肝的发生与年龄、性别等因素的关系。方法对益阳市城区28个单位4586例干部职工进行健康体检、B超及实验室检测调查。结果益阳市城区被检单位人群平均患病率为17.31%:其中① 30岁以下组男性脂肪肝患病率为11.66%,女性为3.04%,两组比较P【0.01(X2=28.974);②31-45岁组男性脂肪肝患病率为24.46%,女性为5.94%,男女比较P【0.01(X2=30.491);③45岁以上男女脂肪肝患病率剧增,且达同一水平分别为37.68%和39.90%,P】0.05(X2=0.195);④脂肪肝患者有75%的血脂显著高于非脂肪肝者P【0.01(X2=90.306);⑤脂肪肝患者82%ALT显著高于非脂肪肝者P【0.01(X2=209.584);⑥血糖升高者15.5%,与同期非脂肪肝体检者4%比较P【0.01(X2=14.558)。结论脂肪肝的发生与年龄、性别密切相关,其患病率随年龄增长而增加,男性患病率有趋向年轻化的现象;女性脂肪肝的发生可能尚与内分泌功能紊乱有关。Objective To discuss the relationship between the fatty liver and age, sex, etc. Methods In the urban area of Yiyang, 4586 people in 28 units were physically examed and tested by ultrasonography and in the lab. Results The average morbidity in those units was 17.31%.①The morbidity of fatty liver in male group under 30 years old was 11. 66%; that in female group was 3. 04%, the result after comparison was P < 0. 01 (X2 =28.974).②The morbidity of fatty liver in male group from 31 to 45 years old was 24. 46%,that in female group was 5. 94%, the result after comparison was P <0. 01 (X2 =30. 491).③The morbidity of fatty liver in both groups from the age of more than 45 grew drastically and were at the same level, male 37. 68%, female 39.90%, P >0.05 (X2 =0. 195).④The Blood fat of 75% of people with fatty liver was remarkedly higher than those without fatty liverP < 0. 01 (X2 =90. 306). ⑤The ALT of 82% of people with fatty liver was remarkedly higher than those without fatty liverP < 0. 01 (X2 =209. 584).⑥The blood sugar of 15. 5% of people grew by 15. 5%, comparded with the subjects without fatty liver, 4% of the total, P < 0. 01 (X2 = 14. 558). Conclusion The fatty liver has relations with age and sex. The morbidity grows with the age. Male with fatty liver becomes younger. Female with fatty liver may concern with endocrine disturbance.
