人脑胶质瘤中MMP-9表达与纤维束损害的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨人脑胶质瘤中MMP-9表达与纤维束损害的相关性。方法利用磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)技术确定患者术前脑胶质瘤对纤维束的损害程度、应用免疫组织化学方法检测脑胶质瘤术后肿瘤切片中MMP-9的表达水平,并分析两者的相关性。结果在低级别胶质瘤中,肿瘤对纤维束损害比较轻微,肿瘤和纤维束的关系以"相邻"为主,MMP-9几乎无表达;而在高级别胶质瘤中,肿瘤对纤维束损害严重,两者的关系以"浸润和破坏"为主,MMP-9高度表达。结论脑胶质瘤的恶性度越高,其对纤维束的损害程度越严重,肿瘤中MMP-9的表达水平越高,此二者的高度相关性将为脑胶质瘤的序贯治疗方案提供新的指导。Objective To explore the correlation between the expression level of MMP-9 and the damage extent of lacertus in human glioma.Methods The damage extent of lacertus and the expression level of MMP- 9 in human glioma were examined by diffusion tensor MR imaging(DTI) and immunohistochemistry,and the correlation between them was analyzed.Results In low grade gliomas,tumors mainly appeared in the vicinity of lacertus and the damage of lacertus was slight,and MMP-9 expression was hardly detected.In high grade gliomas,however,tumors appeared to infiltrate and even destroy the lacertus and the damage was severe,and MMP-9 was highly expressed.Conclusion The damage extent of lacertus by glioma appears to correlate with the malignancy of glioma and the expression level of MMP-9 in glioma.New scheme should be considered for the therapy of glioma.
