摘　　要：静电放电敏感度(ESDS)是电子元器件的重要可靠性参数之一。本文从检测目的、标准波形、检测标准及委托程序几个方面阐述了ESDS的检测方法。ESDS is one of the most important parameters for the electronic components. This paper introduces ESD test method for the electronic components, including the testing purpose, standard discharge models, testing standards as well as the commission procedure of the ESDS testing services.
