摘  要:目的 :探讨AgNORs在大肠肿瘤中的应用价值。方法 :应用图像分析仪对 10例大肠正常粘膜、4 3例大肠腺瘤及 4 0例大肠腺癌AgNORs进行形态定量分析。结果 :①AgNORs计数、颗粒面积、颗粒面积 核面积等指标在 3组间呈递增趋势而形态系数则逐级减小 ,3组间差异有显著性。②管状腺瘤、混合型腺瘤和绒毛状腺瘤AgNORs计数及面积逐级升高且随体积增大升高明显 ,直径大于 2cm绒毛状腺瘤明显高于其它各组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :AgNORs形态定量指标检测是大肠肿瘤良、恶性鉴别诊断及大肠腺瘤癌前病变的检测。Objective: To explore the clinical value of AgNORs in colorectal tumor. Methods: Automatic image analysis method was used to study AgNORs morphometry in 10 cases of normal mucosa,43 cases of adenoma and 40 cases of adenocarcinoma of large bowel. Results:①In adenocarcinoma mean AgNORs praticles number, per nucleus praticles area and praticles area/nucleu area were significantly higher than those in adenoma and normal mucose. But the rate of Fcirclea was significantly lower in adenocarcinoma. ②Mean AgNORs partical number and area in mixed adenoma and villous adenoma increased gradually and was more obviously while the tumors enlarged. Especially the villous adernoma which size biger than 2 cm had a similliar pratical number and area to adenocarcionma. Conclusion: The morphometric parameters of AgNORs can be act as a useful indicators for early and distinctive diagnosis of colorectal tumor.
