摘　　要：目的 :观察不锈钢预成冠在儿童第 1恒磨牙大面积缺损的非永久性修复的临床效果。方法 :选择 36例儿童 4 3颗大面积缺损的第 1恒磨牙 ,用间接法进行 3M不锈钢预成冠修复并定期复查 ,观察疗效。结果 :经术后 1年的临床观察 ,无 1例脱落、穿孔 ,咬合关系及邻接关系良好。结论 :儿童第 1恒磨牙大面积的缺损可用不锈钢预成冠作非永久性修复 ,恢复外形和功能。Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of stainless steel crown (SSC) in semipermanent treatment for badly broken down the first permanent molar of children. Methods: Forty three badly broken down the first permanent molars in thirty six children were selected to be restored with SSC. Postoperative clinical evaluation was made every three months. Results: All crowns were fully retained and diminishocclusal perforation wasn't found in any crown around one year later. Conclusion: SSC can be used to semipermanently restore badly broken down the first permanent molars.
