摘 要:采用分批培养分别对丁酸梭菌ClostridiumbutylicumD2 ,产气肠杆菌EnterobacteraerogenesC3和麦芽糖假丝酵母CandidamaltosaM 4三株菌的产氢能力进行了研究。结果表明 ,C3的产氢能力较D2和M 4强 ,发酵 48h的产氢量为 19 1mL ,平均产氢速率为 13 2 6mL/ (h·L)。通过对纯菌的产氢能力及其协同作用的观察 ,菌种在 3 6℃混合培养 48h的产氢量为 2 2 2mL ,平均产氢速率为 15 42mL/ (h·L)。结果表明 。The ability of hydrogen production by Clostridium butylicum D2,Enterobacter aerogenes C3 and Candida maltosa M4 was studied by the method of batch culture separately The results showed that the ability of hydrogen production of strain C3 was higher than that of strain D2 and strain M4 within 48 h,which was 19.1?mL of hydrogen production and 13.26?mL H 2/(h·L) of the average rate of hydrogen production. With a mixed culture of these three strains at 36?℃ for 48?h, the volume of hydrogen production was 22.2?mL and the average rate of hydrogen production was 15.42?mL H 2/(h·L), Which showed that mixed culture of three strains had the synergistic effect on hydrogen production.
