摘　　要：我国小微企业具有数量多、分布广、种类杂、活性强的特点,在解决就业压力、促进经济发展中发挥了积极的作用。然而融资难是影响小微企业发展的主要因素之一,所以缓解小微企业融资难,促进小微企业在我国经济领域快速健康发展是一个重要问题。With the characteristics of large quantity, wide distribution, various types and strong activity, the small and micro businesses in China play a positive role in relieving the employment pressure and promoting economic development. However, financing difficulty is one of the main problems that influence the development of small and micro businesses. So it is important to ease the financing difficulty and promote the healthy development of small and micro businesses in economy field.
