摘　　要：通过分析修改后的《刑事诉讼法》的特征,提出了公安机关应适应新刑事诉讼条件要求,采取有效措施做好侦查工作,以提高侦查水平,有力打击刑事犯罪。Through careful analysis on the characteristics of new modified criminology, some suggestions are made for police about how to find good investigative methods under the new lawsuit condition in order to advance the investigative abilities and control crime effectively.
