摘　　要：目的 :本研究的目的是想探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)在肝细胞癌中的表达以及这种表达和预后的关系。方法 :运用免疫组化的方法对手术切除的 6 0例肝细胞癌标本进行了实验观察 ,运用统计学的方法对这 6 0例的相关临床数据及随访资料进行了分析处理。结果 :6 0例肝细胞癌中VEGF阳性表达4 0例占 6 6 6 7%。和肝内转移、血管浸润有着明显的关联性 ,P =0 0 0 4 ,P =0 0 0 5。VEGF的阳性表达和较短的生存时间相关联 ,P =0 0 1。结论Objective:This study was designed to determine the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its relations with tumor prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:The expression of VEGF was examined by tissure immunohistochemistry techniques.The materials comprised 60 HCC specimens.The statistical analysis of these clinical data were performed.Results:The positive expression of VEGF was 66.67%(40/60).The expression of VEGF in HCC had a significant correlation with vascular invasion (P=0.005) and intrahepatic metastasis (P=0.004). The VEGF positive expression in HCC correlated significantly with shortened survival rates (P=0.01) .Conclusions:These results suggest that VEGF play an important role in the progression and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
