摘　　要：It is commonly believed that the state is the product of unreconcilable class con-tradictions.While this thesis is undoubtedly correct since it embodies the nature of thestate,can it reveal all the reasons for the emergence of the state?Huang Yingxian,Wu Shaorong and Zheng Chun have tried to answer this question.First of all,they note that the requirements of class rule were a fundamentalcause for the emergence of the state.But it would be wrong to simply conclude thatduring the formation of the state the class struggle was only the struggle of
