水稻早恢402体培株系产量与种子及米质性状的典型相关

摘　　要：早熟恢复系402的53个体细胞无性系的23个性状分为8个产量性状、7个种子性状及8个稻米品质性状,运用典型相关方法分析这3个性状组之间的相互关系。结果表明,早恢402体细胞无性系的单株产量与植株农艺性状及米质性状有显著的相关关系,而与种子性状相关不显著。植株农艺性状、种子性状及米质性状之间的典型相关均达极显著水平,这3组性状间的相关主要表现为粒数、粒重与籽粒形状间的相关。单株有效穗与粒形性状,以及农艺性状与碾米品质间的相关不显著。53 somatic lines from rice restoring line 402 with early maturity were used as materials,and their 23 characters were divided into agronomy character,seed character and grain quality character group.Canonical correlation among those characters were studied in this paper. The results showed that the correlations between the grain weight per plant and both agronomy and grain quality characters were significant, but the grain weight per plant and seed characters were not significant. Canonical correlation among 3 groups of character including agronomy, seed and grain quality character were significant at 1?%level.The characters,which had significant effect on canonical correlation included grains per panicle, grain weight and grain shape index in 3 groups of characters.The correlation between panicle per plant and grain shape index, the groups of agronomy characters and milled quality characters were not significant.
