基于关系网络的交易成本的分析

摘　　要：　中国的传统文化中的"关系本位",以及转型时期的社会结构使得关系网络在中国经济活动中普遍存在.本文分析了作为市场与等级之间的一种组织形式———关系网络,它作为合作机制的基础,在经济活动和企业发展中,能够约束交易者的机会主义行为,且随着关系网络的发展,能够减少由于环境不确定性和行为不确定性引致的交易成本.并提出可以把"关系网络"作为一种制度约束来规范企业行为,促进企业发展.Guanxi\|net exist generally in economic activities because of the'guanxi standard'of Chinese traditional culture and social structure during the transition. This paper analyse guanxi\|net between market and hierarchy. As the base of cooperative mechanism,guanxi\|net can restrict opportunism behavior of dealer in the economic activities and enterprise development. And along with the development of guanxi\|net,it can reduce transaction cost due to uncertainty of environment and behavior. So, considering guanxi\|net as institution restriction to rule behavior of enterprise can promote enterprise development. \;
