摘 要:本文利用扫描电子显微镜对大叶卷柏 (SelaginellabodinieriHieron .)、疏松卷柏 (S .effusaAlston)、具边卷柏 (S .limbataAlston)、海南卷柏 (S .rolandi principisAlston) 4种卷柏小孢子进行观察 ,描述分析其形态结构 ,并与光学显微镜下的观察结果做对比 .本次观察对传统处理扫描电子显微镜样品的方法进行改进 ,节省了可利用空间 .减少了污染 .本文为卷柏科系统分类学和孢粉学补充了有价值的资料 .The microspores of four species,Selaginella bodinieri Hieron.,S.effusa Alston,S.limbata Alston,S.rolandi-principis Alston from China were observed under SEM(scanning electron microscope).The morphological characters of them are described in detail.The microspores of Selaginella bodinineri Hieron.have many turbercles on the proximal faces and many verrucae on the distal faces.There are denser and small spinules on the turbercles and verrucae.As to S.effusa Alston,the microspores have some granules on the proximal faces and many verrucae on the distal faces,the verrucae are bigger and more regular.The microspores of S.limbata Alston have granules or blunt spinules on the proximal faces,on the distal faces,the sinules are flat and irregular and sometimes anastomosing to cristae.As for the microspores of S.rolandi-principis Alston,the proximal faces are smooth,and there are some sparse bacula on the distal faces.We found that the results under SEM in this work are more exquisite than the results under LM(light microscope).In this paper,we improved traditional ways to deal with materials with SEM.Many advantages were achieved,such as saving room on the stubs where fix double-sided tape with spores and reducing pollution.
