十二烷基糖苷的合成及性能研究

摘　　要：采用直接苷化法在5.3～8Kpa的压力下,合成十二烷基糖苷。通过正交实验优化实验条件:催化剂与葡萄糖摩尔比0.005:1,正十二醇与葡萄糖摩尔比5:1,反应温度为120℃,催化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸,反应时间为3h,在此条件下,APG的产率为89.23％。并对产品的性能进行了测定。Dodecyl glucoside was prepared directly by reacting dodecanol with glucose under pressure of 5. 3 - 8 kPa. The optimum experimental conditions were studied with the method of orthogonal design: ratio of catalyzer and glucose, 0. 05: 1 (mol mol);ratio of dodecanol and glucose, 5:1 (mol/mol) reaction temperature, 120t ; catalyzer, dodecyl phenyl sul- fonic acid; reaction lime, 3h. The yield of dodecyl glucoside was 89.23% .In addition, the properties of the product were measured.
